A customer portal is a dedicated hub where customers can manage their relationship with NGT Tech LLC, such as checking the status of their open support requests, following relevant knowledge base articles, and contributing to your community.

An AMC contract is an agreement between NGT Technology LLC and your company, the contract will have all the agreed roles and services that NGT Technology is committed to, the period of the AMC could be as minimum as 1 Year and as long as an agreed period between the two companies. 

After multiple site visits to your premises from NGT experts and Engineers to review your IT problem a number of implantations visits and scheduled visits will be determined by our engineers, to solve all your IT problems. However, the number of maintenance visits will also be determined. All earlier visits will be scheduled at your AMC Agreement to be approved by NGT Management and your company.  

AMC is an Annual Maintenance agreement between NGT Technology LLC. and your company in which all different kinds of services and offers will be stated. While Service Level Agreement (SLA) is an integral part of the AMC in which the action level and timeframe of response have to be stated by NGT Technology which the earlier is committed to delivering to your company.
