Engineer (IT Infrastructure & Security)

Who We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of hands-on technical experience across infrastructure or cybersecurity
  • Practical exposure to at least 50–60% of the technologies listed
  • UAE driving license is strongly preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
What You’ll Be Doing

Participate in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity project implementation

Support end-users and business environments across cloud, server, security, and networking stacks

Handle L1/L2 support tasks, assist in configurations, deployments, and client troubleshooting

Work on preventive maintenance, system audits, and solution rollouts as part of our service delivery

Engage in both new deployments and existing client support, including AMC-covered customers

  • Public cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS)
